“Due to the lack of funding for the medical sector, people’s lives are at risk. It is impossible to watch this “, – Andrey Dotsenko, chairman of the ICF” MANUS DEI “

The MANUS DEI Charitable Foundation has recently donated a modern JAC ACM J-01 ambulance car to the Rusanovskaya outpatient clinic of family medicine. It has a high level of cross-country ability, can easily drive through dirt roads and cope with rural off-road.

Now the necessary medical services will be provided to 5 settlements of the Brovarsky district, in which live more than 70 thousand residents. Andrey Dotsenko, chairman of the ICF “MANUS DEI” noted: “The process of decentralization often looks good only on paper. The creation of hospital districts, which is one of the links of the reform, endangers the lives of people in remote villages, who simply lost the opportunity to receive timely medical care. Feldsher-obstetric stations located in villages are now “reorganized” and are deprived of funds even to buy fuel and maintain a car. As a result of these inconsistent reforms, an ambulance car broke down recently in the Brovarsky district center of primary health care (serving the remote settlements of Rusanov, Svitlnya, Grebeltsy, Kulazhantsy and the Pervoe Maya farm), and the state had no money to repair it. This endangered the lives of thousands of residents. ”

To help citizens in difficult situations, the MANUS DEI team turned to local activists and politicians. The funds raised for the hospital were used to purchase a new JAC ACM J-01 car, which, given the state of domestic roads, has a high level of cross-country ability, which will allow the paramedic to drive through dirt roads and possibly save someone’s life.
