Andrey Dotsenko’s charitable foundation “MANUS DEI” has provided Belotserkovsky maternity hospital with equipment to prevent postoperative complications and bleeding

Today ICF “MANUS DEI” handed over an argon plasma coagulator to the Bila Tserkva maternity hospital – the vital apparatus has already been put into operation, and the hospital staff has been instructed and ready to use it.

The chief physician of the city maternity hospital Anatoly Bondar noted that for many years he had tried to do everything to ensure that the medical institution under his leadership received this equipment – but he wasn’t successful.

“You know the state of the national medicine. This applies to all areas: the material and technical base, the provision of medicines, the repair of premises or the strengthening of measures to provide emergency medical care.

It is impossible for any medical institution to survive without the support of caring people, so we talked to the representative of the Batkivshchyna association in our city, Andrey Lavrinets, who contacted the management of the MANUS DEI charitable foundation – and the hospital received a coagulator. ”
The city of Belaya Tserkov is home to 220,000 citizens, and 1,500 children are born in the city maternity hospital every year. According to statistics, 300 – 350 births occur with a cesarean section, and any surgical intervention can cause bleeding or unplanned complications.

Therefore, today the team of the MANUS DEI charitable foundation gladly handed over an argon plasma coagulator to a medical institution, which has long been considered one of the best solutions for any surgical intervention. It allows surgery to be completed more quickly, significantly reduces blood loss, reduces the risk of infection, prevents new bleeding from occurring and helps the patient recover faster.

Soon the surgeons will test the coagulator, and the MANUS DEI Foundation continues its work, the main area of which are the provision of medical equipment and the reconstruction of hospital premises.

“The device is completely ready for use, a special team installed it and provided the doctors with all the necessary recommendations on how to work with it. The future plans of the foundation include the intensive development of  the provision of medical equipment, the repair of hospital premises and assistance to children with disabilities. In our work, we dream of moving from the local to the national level in order to work for the benefit of people throughout the country, ”said Andrey Dotsenko, chairman of the MANUS DEI charitable foundation.
