ICF “MANUS DEI” donated a hematology analyzer to the Dubrovitsk central regional hospital (Rivne region)
The team of the MANUS DEI charitable foundation completed another project within the framework of providing Ukrainian hospitals with special medical equipment: this time the “Mindray” hematology analyzer, model BC-20S, was handed over to the Dubrovitsk Central Regional Hospital.
Compact, versatile and multifunctional – the value of a modern analyzer for any laboratory cannot be overemphasized.
According to experts, it is a general blood test that, first of all, is prescribed to any patient, according to the results of the study, doctors see his general condition and plan treatment. And if previously people who applied from all over the region did a blood test for six or nine indicators, now, using a hematological analyzer, they can get as many as nine indicators! The analyzes will be fast, accurate and as reliable as possible.
The productivity of the apparatus is 40 samples per hour.
It provides a complete blood count with three leukocyte formulas and the ability to store 200,000 results with histograms, which will enable the laboratory to serve a larger number of patients – up to a hundred people a day.
This is especially important, because the Dubrovitsky central regional hospital belongs to a second-level medical institution, and the laboratory serves both patients who have applied for a referral from a family doctor and those who are in hospital.
The geography of work of the charitable foundation “MANUS DEI” is constantly expanding and strengthening one of the directions of activities – equipping hospitals with medical equipment.
