ICF “Manus Dei” launched the operating room at the Kyiv City Children’s Hospital №1
Kyiv City Clinical Hospital № 1 is the only one in the region that performs more than 8,000 operations a year.
Until recently, there was only one operating room and a huge number of children who needed urgent surgery.
Local authorities allocated money from the budget to repair the second operating room, but there was one thing missing to complete it – an operating lamp.
Manus Dei Charitable Foundation acquired a long-awaited Luvis-M200 lamp and another vital medical device
– electric welding coagulator EK-300M, which will allow bloodless operations for young patients.
Oleksiy Honcharenko, a People’s Deputy of Ukraine, and the crew of the Pryamiy national TV channel joined the solemn handover of medical equipment.
