ICF “MANUS DEI” handed over a modern X-ray machine to Vladimirets Central District Hospital.
Andriy Dotsenko’s Charitable Foundation “Manus Dei” continues equipping medical institutions with the necessary equipment. This time the foundation team visited the central district hospital in Volodymyrets in Rivne region. The medical institution has 9 departments and treats 60,000 patients a year. The most difficult area of work is the X-ray department, because the route of international traffic passes through the city and therefore many victims of road accidents are taken to Volodymyrets Hospital.
Today, district secondary hospitals are financed by state subventions, but this is not enough in order for hospitals to have enough modern equipment of high quality! Therefore, doctors are looking for different ways to solve the problem of equipment shortages. One of such ways is to find philanthropists and patrons. The effectiveness of the easy-to-operate portable X-ray machine, which the foundation team purchased and handed over to Volodymyrets Hospital, is undeniable! Thanks to the maneuverability and mobility of the X-ray system, it will be possible to perform X-ray examinations both in the wards and in the intensive care unit, which significantly saves time, both in diagnosis and treatment. Doctors are happy with the new equipment, because tfast and high-quality diagnosis is the key to successful recovery!
